Firefox 3 Vulnerability Found
Five hours after Mozilla officially released Firefox 3.0, researchers found a vulnerability in the new browser.
Tipping Point has verified the bug and reported it to Mozilla, Tipping Point said on Wednesday.
Since Mozilla is still working on a fix, the researchers won't share details about the problem. Tipping Point ranked the severity of the vulnerability as high, but said that users would have to click on a link in an e-mail or visit a malicious Web page before being affected. The issue affects users of Firefox 3.0 as well as Firefox 2.0.
Once the problem is fixed, Tipping Point will publish an advisory on its Web site, it said.
Tipping Point found out about the vulnerability through its Zero Day Initiative, which lets researchers earn cash by submitting new vulnerabilities to the company. Once Tipping Point validates the issue, it pays the researcher for the information and notifies the relevant software vendor of the technical details.

There is currently no record for number of software downloads in a day, but Mozilla must now wait for review of the stunt by Guinness officials.

What are MP4 and how to play MP4 files
How to play MP4 files
MP4 files (MPEG-4 Part 14) are multimedia files. MP4 is a container format that can store video, audio and subtitle data (as well as more depending on content). Since stores like iTunes uses this container format, and it is used with iPod and PlayStation Portable (PSP), MP4 files have become more common. This guide aims to show you how to play MP4 files on your computer on several different players using a variety of methods. To understand MP4 and other video file formats, please read and follow the entire article.
What are MP4 files?
As mentioned in the introduction, MP4 is a container format and can store video, audio and other information. Although audio-only MP4 files usually have the extension .M4A, there is no real difference so MP4 files do not always contain video streams. In order to playback MP4 files you need three different things, a splitter (used with playback software to access the actual video and audio data), decoders/codecs/filters and playback software.
For example, Windows operating systems come loaded with Windows Media Player, but it would need some way to "split" the file to access audio and video data (and control extras like subtitles) and then it would need to decode the video and audio streams. It cannot really do this on its own fresh out of the box, so some tweaking has to be done to play back MP4 in Windows Media Player.
Some playback software comes with built-in support to open MP4 files, but that does not guarantee that the video and audio data can be played without additional software. MP4 files, more often than not, contain either MPEG-4 ASP or AVC (H.264) video with AAC audio. Of course, almost anything can be packed into the MP4 container just like AVI, but AVI would still be the mast used container for video like DivX and XviD. Nevertheless, this guide aims to cover all angles one way or another.
What will we try?
In this guide, we will look at a one-off solution called VideoLAN Client (VLC), installing Haali Media Splitter to add MP4 support for some players (like WMP), installing codecs and filters for most common forms of video around and we will talk about certain players like Media Player Classic. However, before we begin, I would just like to remind you that Apple's iTunes software does support playing MP4 files (might have problems with certain types of video though) but will not be included in this guide.
The Easiest Method
Download and install the VLC player. The VLC package already includes software to play MP4 files and supports decoding a lot of video and audio formats out of the box..

Click File and click the Open File option.
Now, click the Browse button next to the first white line at the top of the window with title "Open.." and navigate through your hard drive for the video you wish to watch and select it. After you have selected the video, click OK and VLC will start playing the video you chose.

With all the information online about tools and techniques available to help someone effectively manage and run an online business, how do you ever decide which ones are truly useful to have in your business management toolkit? 5. Bookmark Manager: SPURL.net makes managing a moderate to massive amount of bookmarks very easy. You create any number of categories in which to file your favorites, and adding a favorite website is as easy as clicking a button.
6. Color Matching: Pixie is a tool that I use daily to help me match a color exactly for a document that Im creating or a color Im trying to replicate on a website. Run it, simply point to a color and it will tell you the hex, RGB, HTML, CMYK and HSV values of that color.
7. Content Management: Edit.com is a website maintenance service that makes your current website editable so you can change the content yourself. They handle everything to get your site set up and provide you with phone training to walk you through your first edits. There is no software to install because it just uses your web browser. At no charge, you can have them review your website to ensure that your site is compatible with their service.

Email List Management/Autoresponders: aWeber.com is a great service for creating, mailing and reporting back on the success of your newsletter as well as to subscribe your readers to a sequential autoresponder, either associated with your newsletter or with another product. I love to be able to see how many readers opened my newsletter, who opened the newsletter, and what links they clicked on from the newsletters.
9. Fax: MaxEmail.com lets you send and receive faxes through the Internet/email and makes your need for a fax machine obsolete. The faxes arrive in PDF format, so you can easily share you faxes with others as needed. 13. Merchant Account: PracticePaySolutions.com offers an all-in-one ecommerce solution that helps you take payment online. The coolest feature that they offer in this service is the ability to do batch uploads of charges, so if you have a number of clients on retainer that you invoice every month, you can simply create a spreadsheet and batch upload the data rather than entering each clients information individually.

Publicity Tracker: Google Alerts lets you type in an unlimited number of search terms, like your name, your company name, your industry, the name of your competitors, etc. Google will then deliver an email alert for any mention of your search term online. This is a wonderful way to track your own PR as well as industry trends.
